Always get a second or third quote!). Ethan’s fee was reasonable, especially given how quickly he added me to his list and came out to my property. He provided frequent updates before the appointment to let me know of his arrival time and once he was here, the diagnosis and repair did not take much time at all. I also appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why, and what might be needed in the future, even cautioning me against over-investing in a better sprinkler system, where he could have easily tried to upsale.
